Unbelievable. Imagine if they decided to just close the bridge to car traffic for a month. I think people would be a little upset. The DRPA seems to close the walkway whenever they feel it's too much trouble to maintain, without regard to the people who use it.

I'm surprised the Philly bike coalition has never spoken out against this practice. I've brought this to their attention before. They don't seem to care.
