I am not a fan of the ones I have used. The have not lasted like regular glue patches when I have used them.

They have been fine to get me home, but unlike standard glue patches they have not been permanent fixes. Further, once they are on there I could not re-do with a proper patch, so they basically ruin a tube for me.

Of course, it has been over 10 years since I have used one, so maybe they are better now.
