I just noticed the Icetoolz brand, too, and I just ordered one of their chain whips from AdrenalineWorld, where I have found very good prices on items. AW does not carry this specific tool, but they have a lot of Icetoolz items.

This will be the second time I'm ordering from AW, and the first time was without issues. Their product listings can be a little cryptic, but if you know what you're looking for, it works out ok, and their prices are very good. $16 Panaracer Col de la Vie 650b tires, for example (I know these are not favorties, but this is the best price I've found.)
