Hello Mike,

You can try to mix up how you ride. If you ride at the same pace all the time it seems to get counter-productive, and after I've added some different types of workouts, I feel much stronger than I did while riding at endurance pace all the time. It is kind of amazing how an intense workout can leave you feeling great as opposed to just tired. As stated, bike fit is dynamic and very important.
