I have to add that I barely did any work on it so far because I am stuck because of those brake levers that I first need to adjust. Hopefully that tool will arrive soon.
I replaced the tyres and inner tubes, removed the old brake cables (mostly), bought some new ones and some cable housing.
Obviously I still have to install everything properly for real, but I like to have a little visual preview. Keeps me motivated.
And I know that the bike is not in its best state, but that does not matter to me very much right now. Unfortunately I also have to cheap out on the components I replace, so the result will not be amazing - definitely not since it is my first try.
Simply really like the looks of the bike and it is a good way to learn for me. This is the first time I replaced tyres and such on a bike for example. Probably sounds stupid but even that is a big step for me haha.
