Bikes: Centurion Ironman, Trek 5900, Univega Via Carisma, Globe Carmel

Sitz bath with Epsom salts. Good for hemorrhoids too. Or fill a hot bath with Epsom salts and soak the whole body for an hour. Feels good. I just got back from a chilly midnight ride and that's what I'm gonna do right now.
