No, your words apply to your confirmation bias.

We had:

"a little better than completely worthless".
"they really don't seem worth it".

Now, we have:

"limited effectiveness" (whatever that means).

Is "completely worthless" the same thing as "worthless"? Or is "worthless" "a little better than "completely worthless"?

Is "limited effectiveness" more or less than "a little better than completely worthless"?
