Return them for a new pair. I've been using a set since June with no probs. They aren't too hot for summer,are warm enough until it's cold enough to snow,and give major grip. Your pair prolly got messed up by someone trying them on and jamming their hands in. SealSkinz use a membrane in their gloves and socks;as long as you are careful when donning/doffing them,they'll hold up well.
