I built up and gave a bike to a friend a few years ago, a Fuji a neighbor had put out for trash. Of my current bikes the most likely candidate (and you're not going to like this) is the Centurion. I don't ride it much. Also with trashed paint it would make a great performance-oriented beater for someone.
