I am thinking on upgrading the wheels on my 1986 Nishiki bike that just bought.
For a guy looking for a more touring than racing, does wheel with wider rims make the ride more comfortable?
23mm or 25mm is better in this case?

Also, I wanna keep it budget, some suggestion for good wheels? Thanks!
