Bikes: The Blurple Specialized Roubaix Pro

I've been on Keto for three years. I lost 50 lbs and I eat about 20 carbs a day. I try to get 75% from fat, 20% from protein, 5% from carbs. I rode 75 miles with just a Quest bar, a kind bar, and a few macadamia nuts. I rode with a friend who is a carb burner and he was eating the entire time.
