I would take that as a compliment rather than as a negative as it was intended. Being a socialist or living under socialism forces one to examine what is really good for society. In some countries it works extremely well (Scandiland and northwestern Europe) and in others it doesn't (Mediterranean countries).

The light doesn't seem that cheap to be honest, it seems about regular price when one considers 20% VAT on the German prices.
