Losing 4 lbs/wk is definitely not conducive to performance improvement. Are you planning on staying on Keto? Why not adjust your consumption to something closer to a long term, sustainable, amount with a deficit of 0-500 Cals/day. Your weight loss won’t be as fast but it will be a more realistic lifestyle and performance should improve.
