The difference in weight between a 23 or 25 tire on the one hand, and a 32 of the same tire is, however, negligible, and is swamped by the advantages gained in both rolling resistance and reduced 'suspension losses' (look it up) caused by the fact that the wider tire can be run at lower pressures.
