EDIT: Just read the article. Looks like some home-brew tooling may be necessary to tap out the old bearings. I suggest for the installation of the new ones that the bearings be placed in your freezer for a half hour or so, and use a heat gun (carefully) or blow drier on the hub. This may make it easier to get the new bearings properly seated.
