49cm seat tube is a small frame. At 6 feet tall, you're a better fit on a 55cm or 56cm frame.
Your bike is too small for you.
A seat tube is just seat tube. What matters is the ETT. At 57.5cm the ETT length is perfect for a 6 foot guy.
My Fuji is also 49cm and its ETT is 545mm which is fine for a 5'10 guy.
