What a coincidence! I just got scoped on Wednesday, and this is the stuff my doc had me prep with. It's very effective for its intended use, but I see why they warn about dehydration and electrolyte imbalance. I think this stuff pretty much stops all liquid being absorbed by the digestive system and redirects it out your backside. Despite drinking tons of water, almost none of it came out where it normally does.

Went to my cycling workout class Thursday night, and my body still feels a bit off. Maybe due to the sedative, or maybe electrolytes. On the bright side, the report from my doc says preparation and visibility were "excellent", so there's that. TMI?

Preparing for a ride this way? No thanks.
