I’ve had my fork cleaned and serviced al a Giant authorized dealer. Even they helped me changing the original fork for another one because the not working issue. I have a 2nd MTB with Suntour Epixon and several friends have one of the basics Rock Shox air and never had this issue (having had their services). It’s quite a disappointment not to be able to use my bike as I want and that’s why I’m thinking about change the fork!
