Thank you for the pointer. By now I have a whole bunch of tandems paid and approaching on a boat, but perhaps the next forum member with a tandem deficiency can contact this company.
I'm getting the hang of this, I'm getting the hang of this... by now when the shipper asks things like what's my Consignee and Notify info, I don't even get the urge to skedaddle anymore.
