I would love to be able to defend my fellow Southerners on this point. But they've closed schools in three parishes over the chance of less than an inch of snow and I just found out our water company has decided to open some of the hydrants in the neighborhood (as a precaution?), ensuring ice on the roads tomorrow. So...yeah. It's just a banner day for us.
