When I lived in ATL (actually Decatur) I was a mostly year round commuter. My coldest ride was 18F going to work one morning. It was COLD!!! After that I didn't ride unless it was above 30F.
Had to stop and patch a flat once riding to work in the 20's. Wasn't cold very often. Although the locals would not agree.
