Broke two more nipples. In the end I decided it was the Ryde Andra 40 rim. As you can see from the picture the nipples are binding in the nipple (note the metal swarf) which would mean its a fault with the drilling of the rim. i.e. the holes in the rim are too deep for the nipples.
