Narrower More Vertically Oriented Pannier

I have a Bontrager 'Backrack Lightweight' mounted on my carbon roadie. It’s lightweight, yet very sturdy, being secured to the brake mount and the skewer. My Tourer (‘The Tank’) is currently out of service and I’ve commissioned the roadie for temporary duty as a grocery shopper. Problem is, all the panniers I own are too large and they hit my heels when mounted on this frame.

Can anyone direct me to a narrower, more vertically-oriented pannier that will fit the bill?
Combo trunk bag/with drop down panniers (like the Topeak MTX Series) would also be nice and practical.

Thanks in advance!
