Looks good ! You will know if you really like your seat or not after a good 25 mile ride, I carry a Allen wrench with me when I buy a new seat so I can make adjustments when out riding, you can dial them in much faster.
When you get your new wheels, (I’m guessing you have a cassette tool) you can get rid of that awful looking cassette “chain guard”.

. That was one of the first things to come off my bike along with the reflectors and stickers on the frame and wheels.
Thanks! I don't have a cassette tool. I'll have to look into it or stop at a lbs. I knew there would be hurdles with this project. I'm getting a second cassette for the new wheels and will just have to get it put on once. I was wondering if I could lose the fugly chain guard. I will chop it off tonight when I adjust the seat and grips, and wipe her all down from today's ride.
