Though I do believe they will primarily be owned by ride service companies and affiliates. But I'm not the only one. There are many articles that explain why.

My main point was to capture when everyone thought these cars would start to be viable to the public, and I do believe that will initially be via a ride service company, so I asked my question accordingly.
