Given the modern build with Ultegra crank, I like the Wound-Up fork. Nice.
I do like the bar tape a lot. It is EVA-backed so it has some thickness to it, but the pattern is actually real woven cord. My only complaint is that each roll was quite short. I had to use all of it and couldn't even get it quite as far up the handlebar as I like.

It is quite stiff and not stretchable, so the ridges are unavoidable. The tape is wrapped quite tight. I believe Serfas' new Ribbon line is actually stretchable, and more washable than the woven tape. It is also EVA backed.
