I was looking at the owners manual last evening, for the first time, and found the name of a woman in Estado de Mexico, the same region as my seller. The title has the name and documents of a woman in Tabasco, and the car has Campeche plates. Perhaps I'm a bit too trusting a personality. All of this in hindsight of course. In Mexico, a new owner can wait a full year, or more, to legally change it into his/her name.
