Yeah, I am shying away from high fat meats - and sticking to chix, fish, pork.. but I'm into week three and find I don't have as much energy for exercise, let alone doing laundry and going from basement to second floor. Legs are weary.
I think the best thing this diet does is wean one from the sugar and processed carbs.
