Does the 60 csx use the same mount as the Garmin 62 or 64? If so, they make a handlebar mount that attaches to the bar with a pair of zip ties. I found that the mount would slip on the bar, so I cut a strip of rubber from an old inner tube and wrapped that around the bar first, that seemed to help.

Their description says it fits on up to a 1 inch bar, but it will fit on anything that the zip ties will fit onto. I have it on the larger size road bars.

Some people have found that the GPS is hard to get in the bracket, others have found that it will slip out of the bracket. I use a rubber band to keep it from slipping out of the bracket. And a short cord attached to the handlebar so that if it does come loose, it won't fall off the bike.

Photo shows that bracket on the larger diameter bar with my Garmin 64.

I did not buy mine from Garmin, I think I got it on Amazon, but that was a few years ago.
