Okay so first post and first major build related problem. I recently bought a carbon fiber frame w/ the bb30 bottom bracket standard and bought the praxis works conversion bb for shimano cranksets. The problem i've encountered is that the bottom bracket shell was slightly too thick to fit the new bottom bracket. Either way i sanded down the frame to fit the bottom bracket only to find out that my frame is too wide to even reach the first thread of the conversion kit. I can no longer fit a standard bb30 bottom bracket, is there anything i can do or is this now a scrapped bike. Thanks in advance
