I wouldn't say a big difference. The Ergons and RXL are a little more flexible so I like that. I think they cut down on the vibration. And, there may be a little weight savings. Not sure about that.

Part of it is just having a carbon bar to match the seat post. I'm going for looks and function in an overall theme. I'm researching brakes and crankset now. I think a silver or silver and black crank set might look better with the black frame and I want Shimano brakes to go with the drive components. I am also considering doing a color accent like maybe some custom paint, key colored water bottle, etc.
