That's a horrible idea.

Seriously.

Putting a ****ty looking, low quality modern derailleur on a thoroughly "classic" looking bike is the worst thing you can do besides putting a non-functional unit on there. There are literally (in the literal sense of the word "literal") MILLIONS of other options to choose before putting a current production, modern looking, low quality derailleur on a bike from the early 1970s.
