At my apex, I was 185-195lbs(depending on what I ate on the weekends), 8%BF, ran three times a week with my squadron, lifted weights 7-days a week, trained three days a week in Table tennis, played 15 tournaments a year including the Nationals and U.S. Open and still rode.

So, Yes. yes, I would.
