I only sanded down .2mm in all directions so maybe 1mm total throughout the shell. It was just enough so that the praxis works just fit the frame. Maybe it's just enough that maybe I can build it back up. I'll take the risk considering where I live it's all flat and I'm a real casual rider.

Where did you sand? Inside the round opening of the shell so that you increased the diameter of the hole? Or did you sand the outside of the bike frame to make the width of the shell narrower?
What brand, year and model bike is it?
Exactly what model Praxis bottom bracket did you intend to install?
I'm reasonably familiar with Praxis and have a similar system on my bike, an Enduro,Torqtite. We can help but smearing epoxy on the bike is likely to make it worse. Take a deep breath and provide answers to the questions above and lets see what we have to work with. All might not be lost.
