Tange #2, actually. Although I've been questioning whether its a 3-tuber, because the fork on mine is hi-ten. One thing I haven't done is check the inside of the chainstays for a seam. If you get the chance to (as mine is currently pulling duty as a daily commuter), take a look and let me know!
The 70mm BB sounds bonkers - mine was standard 68. Must be a different year than yours.
