Nice classic bike! What's up with the covering (tape?) on the headtube, behind the front lugs and on top of the fork? Just turn the bars up a little and enjoy the ride. Actually looks cleaner than my bike. So looks pretty rideable to me. But you are probably only going to want use this as a fair weather bike.

Edit: Searching for the name a bit shows Paratella being an Italian cycle company based in Turin. This link has a translated page talking about an older model:

Some nice history these bikes are. Never knew they existed. Gios Torino was the bigger brand that most have heard about from the same city.
