I live in North Central Florida and think we have some pretty decent cycling. A lot of the railways have been converted to paved trails via the Rails to Trails program, so there is a decent amount of traffic-less riding areas where you can get in some decent rides. The weather can be a bit hot sometimes, but at least we don't have to deal with ice and snow. lol
