Bison?? mmm...don't think so... i am not a big red meat fan. Altho there is a buffalo farm along the highway not too far from here. Once or twice a year I crave a good filet. I'll eat a burger usually a few times in the summer on the grill.
Pork...ain't that the 'other white meat'?
