Bikes: 2 cannondales

In fact this whole situation reminded me of a time where I was invited to this dinner by this girl from mallorca. The owner of the apartment was this English guy from Manchester. The girl told me he had a Cannondale like "mine". I asked him if I could look at it and after about 2 secs realised it was a dark blue 2,8 series frok about 1992. It was used a a commuter at the moment and needed quite a bit of attention. I saw that he had the handlebars pointing down and the saddle sloping down too. I swiftly told him that he could really make himself comfortable with a few adjustments. HE said that he didnt ride it enough to warrant any such adjustments adn it was fine as it was. That is like saying that just cos you practise your violin once a week you don't needto tune it. Suffice to say the girl told me a fewdays later that he thought I was a know it all. The fact is that most cyclists giveeach other firendlyadvice and that was the epitomy of that situation. He just saw a guy who was 15yrs younger who probably knew more than him and was embarassed to take advice in front of a girl who he fancied. Moral of the story: DO NOT GIVE ADVICE TO *******S!!!!
