I noticed this new scam as well. Possibly a bit more sophisticated than the Chinese one since the “seller” no longer has zero positive feedback but now suddenly has a real world number like 99% with a large number of sales. The low asking price on very desirable vintage complete road and mountain bikes seemed odd to me. If you look at the “more like this” section at the bottom of whichever auction you are suspicious of, you might find the exact same item, with the same photos but being sourced from a different town at a normal kind of price. Buyer beware.
