First rule of sell your bike club is don’t ride the bike! Happens to me all the time. One tactic is strip the parts so you can’t ride it and sell the frame. That’s what I did with my Ciöcc.
Yes, this is the way to go. I should start my purge with a bike than needs to be stripped. The Pinarello doesn't fit as well as my other bikes, and I'm planning on keeping the components. Time to get to work
Now that I think about, the Campagnolo Chorus drivetrain on the Pinarello would be a nice upgrade for the Merckx
