If this seller is actually trying to sell off ebay then its completely fradulent and should be reported to ebay.
Yeah...

How about this one? Also for the same $1100 USD

"ULTRA RARE" Colnago Arabesque

Let's try this one more time.....Up for sale is a "EXQUISITE" Colnago Arabesque. No words can describe its true beauty and elegance. Entire frame is pantographed with Colnago logos. Stickers are in near mint condition and the bike is dressed with Campagnolo 50th Anniversary group set. I don't need to sell this bike for the money but if it pulls my reserve price then it can find a new home. I have enjoyed it and I'm moving on to another project.
Items are as follows:

Rims- Ambrosio Aero Dynamic Tubular

Hubs- Campagnolo 50th Anniversary Front & Rear

Tires- Vittoria Mondiale Tubular 700x23
Cassette - Rigena 6 speed
Brakes- Campagnolo 50th Anniversary
Seat- Regal Girardi

Seat Post- Campagnolo 50th Anniversary
Headset- Campagnolo

Stem- Cinelli

Handle Bars- Cinelli

Brake levers- Campagnolo 50th Anniversary
Rear Derailleur- Campagnolo 50th Anniversary
Front Derailleur- Campagnolo 50th Anniversary
Crank- Campagnolo 50th Anniversary - 170 53/42

Frame- Steel

TT - 54cm

ST - 54cm
Stand Over - 78cm
If you can get that one for $1100, it would be the deal of a lifetime.

Sales outside of E-Bay are strictly verboten. You can follow the links, but I doubt they'll take you to PayPal. Now, most credit cards offer some kind of guarantee, but heck, they could just be harvesting ID and credit card numbers too.
