Need advice on how to paint a headbadge

I thought the C & V folks would be qualified to give advice here.

I have a new titanium bike. Not classic or vintage but certainly high quality and hand crafted.

It has a cool titanium headbadge with a swoopy “W” on it. It is unpainted. The W is recessed as if it is ready to be filled with a nice paint. What I need is a bright, glossy one or 2 color paint job that will fill the recesses and dry hard with a high gloss. I was looking at the Drillium guy’s page this morning and he had numerous examples of great custom engraving (pantographing) of crank arms, front and rear derailleurs, stems, even steerer tube spacers. These were filled in expertly with vibrant glossy yellows, cobalt blues, deep reds, etc..

I would like my Wittson to become a future classic. For this, I’m going to need to up the aesthetic for what this frame deserves. Tastefully detailing it.

Could you recommend a brand of paint and technique for application of the paint?

Good day, & regards from Bill in Dayton, Ohio this fine wintery day...
