Yep, and that's what I tell my wife. She relies on her car and wants my car to be the emergency back-up vehicle, but I've pointed out that the two times her car broke down, we had no issue getting a rental, and the cost of a rental was far less than we'd have spent owning a 2nd car. She remains unconvinced.
