Somewhere along the line I acquired some Mikashima leather toe straps. They match the Mikashima Unique Royal pedals:

The bike has a Bloor Cycles sticker on it (Toronto). The gold lug lining is very nice with the orange:

The Sugino cranks and black ano chain rings are very clean (crappy photo but we are in the midst of a freezing cold snow storm so pictures were hurriedly taken. Sorry.):

The bars will clean up nicely. They had the thick foam grips on them when I bought the bike but I had to remove them before even leaving the shop as I can't stand the look of them. I never rode a bike with them and I'm not sure I could bring myself to do it:

Cranks and pedals show a strong Campagnolo influence to my eye.
