Scam stuff like this isn't new, tons of higher end Audio gear went and goes through this periodically. Used to be able to scan search by description and text but then the scammers posted JPG pics of the descriptive texts.

Previously the scammers hijacked accounts and posted 10s-100s of fake ads. Last year was the new no feedback accounts and too good to be true prices. If you see the same pics, many times they are lifted from previous or completed auctions or direct from the Internet.

IMO, not likely to be just from Chinese scammers, any country's scammers could be doing it and I wouldn't be surprised if its coming from embargoed, sanctioned, or otherwise malevolent actors. Likely very easy to spoof where the auctions are located, isn't it?
