3) Travel appeal of destination and scenery would be the only things there intriguing me. I'm taking my own bike on any trip I want to do, not knowing what I am getting and the risk of it not fitting properly and ruining the trip is far too big of a risk. Excursions, the last thing I want to do after 70 miles in a day is more physical exercise. Generally not eating at gourmet locations on a bike tour, and while I generally prefer hotels to camping, I'm quite fine with the most basic of accommodation.
4) Yes they would accept this, because I would just split the discount with them. Far more logical is to just price the tour fairly to begin with.
I've done many tours, in Japan fact. I've never used a travel company. I've always taken and ridden my own bike. I usually camp, with an occasional hotel stay.
