I live in a desert and have ridden in 113F. The danger of riding in dry heat is you don't know you're sweating until you stop. The ultra-dry heat coupled with the "breeze" from moving evaporates the sweat as soon as it reaches the skin's surface. You can get dehydrated quickly without realizing it.

In the end, same answer: "stay over hydrated"
