Looks good! I have the slightly older 3.0 frame and have been very happy with it. I think the cantilever chain stays were a gimmick to make the rear triangle look tighter than it actually is but I've had no problems with it. One time we were riding in a double paceline and the rider on my outside lost control and steered us both into bushes at the side of the road. Oddly enough we both ended up with the only damage being the RDER hangers and it was easy to get a replacement.
