Am hoping this will be a simple question for someone
I got a Sigma BC 8.12 wireless ATS bike computer. It has never worked out of the box, despite me trying everything to diagnose the problem - battery, position, magnet etc. etc. I spent too long sitting on this problem that I missed the chance to return the product.

I saw a cheap sale going for the bracket accessory for BC 8.12, with the magnet, wired transmitter, cables etc.

My question is, can I use the wireless computer (8.12 ATS) with the wired bracket (8.12)?
If I set the cable up properly can it transmit the speed as per normal to the wireless computer? Or do I definitely need that wireless transmitter?
